As Dioxilife client, may request the return of all or part of the goods purchased through our Dioxilife.
The buyer may return any item purchased from Dioxilife for the following reasons:
- If the item is defective manufacturing.
- If there is mistake in the item shipped, retaining the original sealed without showing signs of use.

Dioxilife be responsible for shipping charges for returned products with manufacturing defects and shipping mistake as long as the product unused and keep the original sealed packaging.
