By this method of payment, the buyer will make payment upon delivery of the carrier at the time of delivery of the order. This entails payment surcharge of 3% on the total order amount, with a minimum of € 2.42 (including VAT) as part of the cost for the service provided by the transport service.

- All orders containing sodium chlorite and have to be sent to countries in zone 4 (rest of Europe) will be sent by ground transportation, having an extra charge of €45 in respect of customs rate. The rest of the products will travel by air transport without the application of this rate.

Dioxilife proceed to send all non-holiday weekdays, Monday to Friday, establishing a daily time slot to 08:00* AM for review and processing of national and international shipments.

Return Policy:
As Dioxilife client, may request the return of all or part of the goods purchased through our Dioxilife.
The buyer may return any item purchased from Dioxilife for the following reasons:
- If the item is defective manufacturing.
- If there is mistake in the item shipped, retaining the original sealed without showing signs of use.
On receipt of erroneous or damaged merchandise will apply the change only if it was reported during the first 72 hours after delivery, at the following address: info@dioxilife.com
Procedure for product returns:
At the time the return is delivered to us, Dioxilife contact you to confirm the refund or replacement of the product.
Dioxilife be responsible for shipping charges for returned products with manufacturing defects and shipping mistake as long as the product unused and keep the original sealed packaging.
The sealing of our products is to be preserved for all returns so Dioxilife not accept returns of products devoid of it.
We advise you receive your products in perfect condition or not accept.
